• We are a unique non-profit that will be forever known as home to the 1st self-injury support group in NJ. 
• For years we’ve been called a “safe space” and provide this space for people to feel a sense of belonging when they are with us. 
• We offer support groups, workshops, seminars,hangout nights, and daily inspiring messages on TikTok.
• We also have a store with products that have inspiring & encouraging sayings. 

• We are dedicated to helping people overcome self-harm and equipping their loved ones and first responders family with resources to help them. 
• We are a mission of love; we are committed to supporting people through outreach, activities, and volunteering.  We provide a safe setting where you will have a sense of belonging.

We re home to the first self-injury support group in New Jersey; officially formed in November 2005.

• Our purpose is to devote our time and efforts to providing awareness, support and resources to adults who struggle with self-harm, as well as to offer a supportive setting for people to share their experiences and talk in a safe, judgement free setting.
  
• We also have an inspiring store to shop over 150 sayings on buttons, wristbands, magnets, t-shirts, and tanktops.
