"YANA" (You Are Not Alone) is offered on Monday & Thursday nights. Our self-harm support group facilitators are Beth (right) and Elaina (left). If you are struggling with self-harm, we invite you to attend YANA.
We know what it is like to go to an unfamiliar place for the first time and we want you to know that you will be welcomed by a friendly face! Our welcome coordinator, Kaitlin will show you around and answer any questions you might have.
Throw Out is a "check-in" style virtual meeting for adult men and women who are part of the Beyond Bandages group. We talk and throw things out that are bad/bothering us and reuse what’s good!
Every Monday @ 7:30pm-8:15pm with 3 rounds via Zoom video call.
YANA is our in-person support group takes place on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month.

Beyond Bandages was a self-injury support group that began on Friday, November 4, 2005 with Vicki Duffy in Florham Park as "Breaking the Silence of Self-Injury" on the 2nd floor of Living Praise Church.
After 15 years, the Beyond Bandages self-injury support group came to an official close on Thursday, November 5, 2020
Beyond Bandages was a self-injury support group for adult men and women who cause self-inflicted pain and/or injuries to themselves (as a form of coping), who are seeking support or have overcome and looking for support, in a group environment. The groups took place from November 4, 2005 to November 5, 2020 when the last official meeting took place. Beyond Bandages ran through November 5, 2020 and after 15 years, Beyond Bandages ended and founder, Vicki Duffy resigned as support group facilitator to do other ventures within Launching Point.
The self-injury support group originally began in 2005 in Florham Park as "Breaking The Silence Of Self-Injury" and took place on the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month.
